Your booking options:
1. Complimentary appointment
If you received an offer for a complimentary appointment, select "reserve without paying." You will be required to input a credit card because we reserve 2 hours on our calendar exclusively for you and complimentary appointments are very limited per month, which means other waiting families cannot schedule. Complimentary appointments are first-come, first-served and once they are taken, we don't add more for the month. However, paid appointments may be available.
Nothing will be charged unless: 1) you don't cancel or reschedule at least 3 days prior to your appointment, or 2) you don't complete and submit your pre-appointment worksheet (we'll make it easy for you) at least 3 days prior to your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no problem. However, please let us know at least 3 days prior to your appointment so we can fill your spot with a waiting family as complimentary appointments are very limited.
2. Paid appointment
If you are paying for your appointment, select "pay now" and input your credit card information.
